How to use Traku responsibly as a tracking and community platform — not a reader or host for copyrighted files.
Traku is a tracking platform for cataloging what you read and watch across versions and sources. By accessing or using Traku, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your profile details current where practical.
Traku lets you create and share reviews, comments, lists, ratings, and profile information. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Traku a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the platform.
You are responsible for what you post. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share or content that violates these terms.
Reviews and ratings should reflect your genuine experience with a work. Traku may remove or moderate content that is spam, misleading, harassing, or otherwise harmful to the community.
Traku does not host reading or viewing files. Reviews describe your tracking experience, not access to pirated or unauthorized copies.
Public lists are visible to other users according to your visibility settings. Curate lists responsibly and respect the intellectual property of creators and publishers when naming or describing entries.
Traku indexes metadata and links to third-party sources. We do not claim ownership of series, chapters, episodes, or artwork belonging to rights holders.
If you believe content on Traku infringes your rights, contact us with enough detail for us to review the request. We may remove or restrict catalog entries or user content that violate applicable law.
You may stop using Traku at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, or if we discontinue all or part of the service.
Traku is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete catalog accuracy, or that third-party source links will remain available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traku disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Questions about these terms, copyright concerns, or account issues can be sent through the Contact page. We aim to review good-faith reports promptly.
